BÅLSTA APARTMENT HOTEL

By the end of 2020 we’ll open our third apartment hotel in Stockholm. The hotel consists of two buildings with a total of 110 apartments, fully-furnished with everything needed for both short and long term stays and with lots of parking included. Located in Bålsta; the northwest parts of Stockholm, the southern parts of Uppsala and Enkoping are just a 30 minutes drive away.

Bålsta Apartment Hotel will open by the end of 2020. It offers 110 furnished and fully-equipped apartments, each one being 25m2. All apartments are of high standard and perfect for both longer and shorter stays.

Fully equipped for self-catering

All apartments at the apartment hotel are 25m2 and furnished for two people. They are equipped with two beds, a dining table with chairs and a wall mounted TV. In each apartment there’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering. There is a wardrobe and some space for hanging clothes and store luggage, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Wireless internet connection and weekly cleaning is included in the rent. Both buildings accommodate communal laundry rooms, where all guests easily can reserve a time slot to do laundry. The hotel has a lot of parking spots.

Perfectly situated – right inbetween Stockholm, Västerås and Uppsala

Bålsta Apartment Hotel is situated right next to the E18. Just under 20 minutes by car you’ll reach Enköping, the northwest parts of Stockholm and the south parts of Uppsala. Within 1 km from the hotel you’ll find gas stations, a car repair shop, a newly-built supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias. Nature is right around the corner, where you find forest and hiking trails. In the lake Ullsjön you can both go for a swim or fish.
