EasyFlat operates all over Sweden. Most of our apartments and villas are situated in Stockholm, Uppsala, Göteborg, Linköping, Västerås, Malmö and Lund. We also own three apartment hotels in Stockholm: Slagsta Gate Hotell, Ekebyhov Hotell and Bålsta Apartment Hotel.

What is included in a booking?
All our accommodation is furnished and fully equipped for self-catering. It also includes:
- Internet / Wi-Fi
- Electricity, water, heating and refuse storage area
- Kitchen and full kitchen equipment
- Bed linen and towels for each guest
- A parking space available to rent
- A washing machine and tumble dryer
- TV with an HDMI connection
- Weekly cleaning is included at all our apartment hotels. You can also order cleaning for our other accommodation.
- Final cleaning is included in the price of all our accommodation
- Some of our accommodation also includes access to a gym.
How do I book?
The easiest way is to book directly via the “book” button on the right. You’re also welcome to e-mail email@example.com or call: o8- 400 200 55. As soon as you’ve booked your accommodation, we’ll send a booking confirmation by e-mail which will contain all the details.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in advance before arrival against an invoice or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
How do I check out?
Ten days before the check-out date, we send you an e-mail containing information on vacating the accommodation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +46 8 400 200 55 if you didn’t receive the e-mail.
Check-out is no later than 10.00 on the day of departure. Please leave any parking permits and one of the keys inside the apartment/house. Lock the door with the other key and place it in the mailbox.
Slagsta Gate Hotell:
Check-out is no later than 10.00 on weekdays and 12.00 at weekends and on public holidays. Reception is open on weekdays from 08.00 – 17.00. When checking out at weekends and on public holidays, please put the key card in the white box at reception.

If you have a key via your smartphone, you don’t need to do anything, it switches off automatically.
What is your minimum/maximum rental period?

Can i book accommodation with Easyflat as a private individual?
Of course! Most (80 per cent) of our guests are corporate customers, but private individuals are also welcome to rent with us.
What are your house rules?
- Smoking is strictly forbidden.
- Animals are not permitted.
- Show consideration to neighbours and keep the noise level down after 22.00.
- Please read through our full house rules in your booking confirmation before you move in.
How do i go about cancelling my booking?
If unforeseen events occur, the booking period that has already been agreed and confirmed can be adjusted. However, we have different cancellation rules for different types of bookings. You can find information on what applies to your specific reservation in your booking confirmation.
What do i do if the tv or other equipment breaks?
